Authors are invited to submit original papers in the technical areas focussed on EMC aspects. Prospective authors should submit their full paper (4/6-page, 2-column) for regular and special sessions by (Overdue) March 08, 2020 February 15, 2020, (Paper submission deadline for accepted papers from APEMC 2020 Sydney is March 24, 2020) that clearly explains the contribution, originality and relevance to the EMC area. The papers should be electronically uploaded through the Symposium web site within the authors’ complete address for correspondence. All submitted papers for regular (oral and poster) and special sessions will be evaluated by a peer review process. Authors whose papers are accepted for presentation will be requested to provide a 4/6-page, 2-column paper in IEEE format by May 20, 2020, within a registration for each submitted paper. In order to stimulate more discussions, poster presentation and forums will be organized. After the symposium, all accepted and presented full-length papers will be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. No show (not presented) papers, will not be considered.

CALL FOR SPECIAL SESSIONS PROPOSALS
EMC EUROPE 2020 Technical Program Committee calls for Special Sessions Proposals to present and discuss at high scientific level a very hot topic of interest for EMC Europe attendees. A prospective organizer should post a proposal for a Special Session topic specifying: title, summary, organizers’ information (name, affiliations, and contact information), a list of expected speakers and their corresponding topics, session duration. The proposals must be sent electronically to tpc@emceurope2020.org by January 15, 2020. The results for acceptance will be notified by January 20, 2020. Please, understand that not all the proposals will be accepted due to the limitation of session slots. Prospective authors of special sessions should submit their full paper (4/6-page, 2-column) by February 15, 2020, uploading it using the Conference System, and specifying that the paper should be considered in a special session.
CALL FOR FOCUS EVENTS (WORKSHOPS, TUTORIALS, SHORT COURSES, INDUSTRIAL FORUM)
Focus events will be an integral part of the EMC Europe 2020 and include Workshops, Tutorials, Short Courses and Industrial Forums. Proposals on any EMC related topic are invited. The purpose of focus events is to highlight hot topics or emerging new technical fields that are gaining importance in EMC. A prospective organizer should post a proposal for a Focus Event specifying: format (workshop, tutorial, short course, industrial forum), title, summary, organizers’ information (name, affiliations, and contact information), a list of expected speakers and their corresponding topics, session duration. The proposals must be sent electronically to tpc@emceurope2020.org, by March 15, 2020. The results for acceptance will be notified by April 20, 2020. The written material of workshop and tutorial presentations, after acceptance, must be electronically uploaded by July 1, 2020.
